i also clean my face twice a day with Neutrogena Men Skin Clearing face wash

I am a college student and during the school year i drank alot of beer and noticed my face clearing up. since i’ve been home i havent been drinking until recently, and notice my skin is starting to clear up again. Is it because of beer or something else that i’m doing that im not aware of?
