I eat low in fat, I’m a vegetarian and I still get acne, so I don’t think diet plays that big of a role.

I know people who eat like slobs, and they never break out.

I honestly believe that GENETICS are what pre dispose you to acne, as both my parents also had trouble with acne when they were younger.

yeah, diet is often not the cause but it’s just a catalyst in many cases. like a certain food might even make a certain person always break out.

but in my case the cause was rather weird. I once wondered if ejaculating could be the cause of my acne, and low and behold, it was. I stopped beating off for a week, and the results were amazing. totally unreal, and now my skin is pretty clear with just a few scars.
this happened recently.

acne has to do with chakra imbalances imo.

i keep hearing about diet related acne. This is not the main cause. If it was then acne would be haphazard and fleeting. Something more complicated is taking place inside the body. something the experts know very little about yet. You wont persuade me on this. From my experience diet is only 5 percent of the problem.
