How can I get rid of these pimples fast, effectively, and for good?

I’ve had pimples for a while now, and it’s really starting to bother me and bring my self asteem down. I would like to get some quick effective remedies in order to get rid of these pimples. Any opinions or FAST effective remedies would be greatly greatly appreciated!

Hello,
Acne is due to an overactivity and plugging of the oil glands.The main cause of acne is increased levels of hormones during adolescence. The white dot in the middle is due to white heads.

Acne usually lasts until age 20 or even 25. It is rare for acne to leave any scars unless picked.

Just keep you face clean by washing with a mild soap atleast twice a day.Pat it dry and do not rub it.Avoid picking or pressing the acne.You can also use Benzoyl peroxide 5% lotion or gel once at bedtime. An amount of lotion the size of a pea should be enough to cover most of your face. If your skin becomes red or peels, you are using too much of the medicine or applying it too often.

Wash your face twice a day with a mild soap or liquid cleanser. At night after washing your face, apply a product that contains benzoyl peroxide. (please excuse me if I’m not spelling it correctly!) There are several on the market, including Pro-Active, unless they’ve changed their formula recently. Benzoyl peroxide really works but be warned: it can bleach your towels, pillow cases, etc. If you don’t want bleached spots on your towels and pillow cases, you can use a product that contains salicylic acid. It works very well but you don’t get the fast results you see from the benzoyl peroxide products. Neutrogena, Clean and Clear, Clearasil, etc., all make various creams and lotions that contain salicylic acid.

You cant get rid of it yet but you can speed up the process. Apply pure honey to the pimple, cover it with a band aid and sleep with it on. do this every night until the pimple is gone.
And to prevent getting pimples;
-keep hands off your face
-keep your face clean at all times
-change pillow cases every other week
-change out face towels
-keep skin hydrated
-and drink plenty of water.
